Meet Ted Smith
Ted A. Smith founded The STONESMITH Group in 2007 after spending nearly 20 years as a revenue cycle executive in large healthcare corporations, multi-facility health systems, physician practices, and healthcare consulting firms. He is an accomplished leader known for designing and implementing solutions that improve financial performance.
Ted has dedicated the last 13 years of his practice to exclusively providing interim revenue cycle leadership services to a wide range of hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S. and Ireland. Having worked with over 75 hospitals, he adapts quickly to an organizations culture, establishes trust, and drives performance improvement as an organization takes the critical time needed to locate and on-board the right permanent leader.
He is the author of “The CCRISP Management Method” scheduled for release in spring, 2021.
